A School for a Modern Era of Makers
MODARA Technology & Design Institution exists to equip young people with the practical technical knowledge, creative confidence and maker mindset needed to participate meaningfully in an evolving digital world.
Our Mission
To move young people from being consumers of technology to becoming confident creators of it — through practical, project-based education that builds durable foundations: logical thinking, technical fluency, creativity and the confidence to solve problems in a structured way.
Our Vision
A generation of makers who can imagine, design, build and present digital solutions for their communities — young people who don't just use modern tools, but understand them deeply enough to shape what comes next.
Modern Thinking. Practical Making. Responsible Technology.
The name MODARA stands for the way we teach — and the way we want students to think.
Modern
Students work with the tools, workflows and ideas shaping today's technology world — while building the fundamentals needed to adapt as those tools change.
Era
We teach with the understanding that AI, automation, data and digital design are changing how people work, learn, build businesses and solve problems.
Makers
A maker investigates, creates, tests, asks for feedback, fixes mistakes and keeps improving — until an idea becomes something real they can demo and explain.

From Explanation to Execution
A MODARA lesson is designed to move students from knowing a concept to applying it. Mentors introduce ideas, demonstrate how they work, then guide students through practical work that grows more independent over time.
- Learn the concept — clear explanations and guided examples set the foundation.
- Practice with support — structured exercises build problem-solving habits.
- Build a real project — students combine skills into working products.
- Present and improve — feedback and testing turn drafts into strong results.
Technology Education + Design Education
Code and design are two halves of the same skill: making things that work and make sense for people.
Technology Education
Web development fundamentals, programming logic, modern frameworks and backend systems — taught through the projects professionals actually build.
Design Education
Layout, typography, color, user experience and visual communication — because a product that works well should also look and feel right.
We Turn Interest in Technology Into Real Capability
MODARA helps young people explore the world of digital creation through practical learning, mentorship and project-based growth. We create a learning environment where students can build confidence, think critically and apply technology in meaningful ways.

We design training experiences around real skills: web development, problem-solving, design thinking, collaboration and presentation. Students build projects, learn from mentors, receive feedback and leave with work they can explain, improve and showcase.
MODARA is not only about coding; it is about helping learners become confident creators, thoughtful problem-solvers and ready contributors in a fast-changing digital world.
People Who Guide the Learning Journey

What We Want Every Student to Practise
Curiosity
Ask better questions and explore how things actually work.
Craft
Care about code quality, design quality and finishing details.
Collaboration
Communicate clearly, share responsibility and learn from peers.
Responsibility
Use technology thoughtfully, safely and with respect for others.
Structure First. Independence Later.
Beginners need enough structure to avoid feeling lost, but enough space to become independent. Responsibility gradually shifts from mentor-led demonstration to student-led problem solving.
Foundation
Understand the vocabulary, tools and core concepts.
Guided Building
Follow structured exercises while learning to debug and ask useful questions.
Independent Work
Plan features, make choices and connect multiple skills.
Present & Reflect
Explain the work, receive feedback and set the next learning goal.
Join a Community of Makers
Learning becomes stronger when students build, share and improve together.
